Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Many items offered by Anna Heirlooms are vintage, estate, antique, pre-owned, or previously worn pieces. Due to the nature and age of these items, all merchandise is sold as is and may show normal signs of wear, aging, patina, repairs, imperfections, or variations consistent with previously owned jewelry and collectibles.

While every effort is made to accurately photograph, describe, and disclose notable details or condition issues, no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—are provided regarding condition, functionality, gemstone treatments, sizing accuracy, or future performance.

Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions carefully prior to purchase and are welcome to request additional photos or information before completing a sale. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the item in its current condition. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
