Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales through Anna Heirlooms are final.

Due to the nature of estate, vintage, pre-owned, consigned, custom, and one-of-a-kind jewelry, returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits are not accepted.

Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each piece, including any known or visible condition issues. Vintage, estate, and pre-owned jewelry may show signs of age, wear, previous repair, or other characteristics consistent with its history. Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Custom, redesigned, altered, resized, personalized, or specially sourced jewelry is also final sale and non-refundable.

Anna Heirlooms does not provide refunds based on change of mind, fit, color variation between screens, buyer preference, or characteristics that were disclosed in the listing or visible in photographs.

If an item arrives damaged in transit or materially different from the item purchased, please contact Anna Heirlooms promptly so the situation can be reviewed. This does not constitute a general return policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final and non-refundable.
