All Sales Are Final All purchases are final. Anna Heirlooms does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review all item descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Accuracy of Listings Every effort is made to accurately represent each item. Vintage, estate, and pre-owned jewelry may show signs of age, wear, or previous repair consistent with its history. Color may vary slightly between screens.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Anna Heirlooms reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Consignment Items accepted on consignment remain the property of the consignor until sold. Anna Heirlooms acts as agent, not buyer, for consigned pieces.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
